Founder & Chief Executive

Charles founded Plan with Grace Ltd in 2015 with a clear mission: to bring compassion, trust, and integrity to funeral planning. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Charles leads the company with a strong focus on customer care and regulatory excellence.

A proud husband and father of three, Charles also shares his home with two much-loved dogs, Wilma and Vera (office mascots). Having lived in four countries, he values diverse perspectives and brings a global outlook to his work. A former rugby and cricket player, Charles blends team spirit and dedication into everything he does — on and off the field.
