Free Will with LPA Consultation – Funeral Plan Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase a funeral plan directly from Funerals With Grace Ltd, trading as ‘Plan with Grace’ between 9 March and 31 March may be eligible to receive a complimentary Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) consultation and a free standard single Will, subject to the terms below.

To receive the free Will, customers must complete the LPA consultation arranged as part of this promotion. Customers must arrange and complete the consultation within 30 days of the first invitation being sent by Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd.

This promotion does not affect the price, features, or suitability of the funeral plan.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
To qualify, a funeral plan must be purchased directly from Funerals With Grace Ltd during the promotional period.
Eligibility for the promotion is established when a qualifying funeral plan purchase is made during the promotional period.
Customers must complete a Lasting Power of Attorney consultation with Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd in order to receive the free Will.
Only one free Will is available per eligible funeral plan purchase.

Consultation and Will

The LPA consultation will be arranged after the funeral plan purchase and will be conducted by Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd, an authorised financial planning firm.
The consultation will discuss Lasting Power of Attorney and related estate planning considerations.
Following completion of the consultation, customers will be eligible to receive one free standard single Will.

Definition of a Standard Single Will

For the purposes of this promotion, a standard single Will means a Will for one individual which:

appoints executors;
sets out how the individual’s estate should be distributed; and
may include the appointment of guardians for minor children.

The free Will does not include complex estate planning or additional legal services. Services outside the scope of the standard single Will may incur additional charges. These may include, but are not limited to:

Joint Wills;
Specific gifts of land or property
the creation of trusts;
inheritance tax planning;
business or agricultural assets;
overseas property or assets;
complex family structures; or
any other arrangements requiring additional legal advice.

Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd will determine, based on the customer’s circumstances, the information provided during the consultation, and their professional judgement and internal policies, whether a standard single Will is appropriate or whether more complex legal services are required. Any optional additional services and associated costs will be explained during the consultation and are entirely optional.

Fulfilment

Eligible customers will be contacted to arrange their consultation by Kingswood
Consultation appointments are subject to advisor availability.
The consultation will be conducted by telephone or video call unless otherwise agreed.
Customers who cancel their funeral plan during the cooling-off period will still remain eligible to receive the complimentary consultation and free standard single Will, provided the funeral plan was originally purchased during the promotional period.
The Will will be prepared following completion of the consultation and submission of any required information or documentation.
Cancellation of the funeral plan after the cooling-off period will not affect eligibility for the consultation or Will if the customer has already been accepted into the promotion.
Where two eligible customers attend the same consultation, the Wills may be prepared together if appropriate.

Relationship with Kingswood

Funerals With Grace Ltd acts as an introducer to Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd for the purposes of arranging the LPA consultation included in this promotion.

Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd is solely responsible for providing the consultation and any advice given during it. Funerals With Grace Ltd does not provide legal or financial advice as part of this promotion.

Data Sharing

In order to arrange the consultation, Funerals With Grace Ltd will share the customer’s name and contact details with Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd.

General Terms

The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as a discount against a funeral plan.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Funerals With Grace Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion for future purchases where reasonably necessary. Customers who have already qualified for the promotion will not be affected.
A customer will be considered accepted into the promotion once a qualifying funeral plan purchase has been confirmed during the promotional period.
Funerals With Grace Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where it reasonably believes the promotion is being abused or used fraudulently.
Customers must attend the scheduled consultation with Kingswood Partnership Financial Planning Ltd appointment in order to qualify for the free Will.
