Terms and Conditions - Gift Card Promotion
Effective Date: 14th May 2025
Promotion Overview
- Customers who purchase any funeral plan from Plan With Grace Ltd between 14/05/2025 and 30/06/2025 will be eligible to receive a £50 gift card, subject to the terms set out below.
- Customers will have the option to choose from a £50 Amazon or Love2Shop gift card.
Eligibility
- This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- To qualify, a funeral plan must be purchased directly from Plan With Grace Ltd within the promotional period stated above.
- The customer must remain within their plan beyond the standard 30-day cooling-off period and have made full payment, or their first monthly payment, in order to be eligible for the gift card.
Cooling-Off Period
- If a customer cancels their plan within the 30-day cooling-off period, they will not be eligible for the gift card.
- Only those who have exited the 30-day cooling-off period with their plan still active, and have made full payment, or their first monthly payment, will qualify for this promotion.
Gift Card Fulfilment
- Eligible customers will receive their £50 gift card within 30 days of exiting the 30-day cooling-off period.
- Gift cards will be sent to the address or email provided at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
General Terms
- Only one gift card is available per eligible funeral plan.
- The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used against the cost of the funeral plan.
- Plan With Grace Ltd reserves the right to substitute the gift card with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
- This promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Plan With Grace Ltd.
