Terms and Conditions - Referral Scheme
Effective Date: 18th February 2025
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Plan With Grace Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Scheme, you (“Referrer”) and the individual you refer (“Referred”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
- Referrer: Must be an existing plan holder with an active funeral plan.
- Referred: Must be a new customer who has not previously held a funeral plan with us.
- Reward Details
- Amount: Both Referrer and Referred will receive £50 each in gift vouchers.
- Voucher Options: Choose from Amazon, M&S, or John Lewis gift vouchers.
- Issuance: Vouchers will be sent via email within 10 days of the date that the Referred and Referee’s funeral plans exit their respective cooling-off period, 30 days from purchase.
- Conditions
- Qualifying Purchase: The Referred must complete the purchase of a funeral plan and the plan must be activated.
- Limitations: Only one referral reward per Referred.
- Non-Transferable: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
- General Terms
- Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the Scheme.
- Data Protection: Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
