Promotion Overview
Customers who purchase two funeral plans between the 1st of April 2026 and the 30th of April 2026 (inclusive) as part of the same transaction may be eligible to receive a £100 discount on each plan, providing a total saving of £200, subject to the terms below.
This promotion does not affect the price, features, or suitability of the funeral plans.
Eligibility
- The promotion is available when two funeral plans are purchased as part of the same transaction directly from Funerals With Grace Ltd (trading as Plan with Grace).
- For the purposes of this promotion, a “transaction” means a single sales interaction resulting in the purchase of two funeral plans simultaneously.
- The offer is available to customers purchasing directly via telephone and does not apply to purchases made through third parties, partners, or intermediaries.
- All purchasers and plan beneficiaries must be aged 18 or over.
Offer Details
- A discount of £100 will be applied to each eligible funeral plan at the point of purchase.
- The total discount across both plans will be £200.
- Both funeral plans must be purchased together as part of the same transaction to qualify.
Offer Conditions
- The discount will be applied at the point of purchase by a member of the team and will be reflected in the price paid for each plan.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or incentive.
- If one of the funeral plans is cancelled, any refund will be calculated in accordance with the standard cancellation terms for that plan, including any applicable cancellation fee (currently £250), and based on the amount paid for that individual plan.
- Where a plan is paid for by instalments, Funerals With Grace Ltd reserves the right to adjust any remaining payments or recover any discount applied where necessary to ensure the correct price is paid for the remaining plan.
- The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
- The promotion applies per qualifying transaction involving two funeral plans.
Exclusions
- The promotion does not apply to funeral plans purchased separately, at different times, or outside of the same transaction.
- The promotion cannot be applied to existing plans or to purchases completed prior to the promotional period.
- This promotion is not available for online or postal purchases.
General Terms
- Funerals With Grace Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion for future purchases where reasonably necessary. Customers who have already qualified for the promotion will not be affected.
- Funerals With Grace Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused or applied in breach of these terms.
- All funeral plans remain subject to the standard Funerals With Grace Ltd Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn where necessary without notice.
