What’s included in your Funeral plan?
A straight-forward no-fuss funeral that cover all cremation fees and includes a respectable attended cremation from 9.30am.
- An attended cremation with a committal before 9.30am.
- A standard coffin
- Ashes returned as per your request, or gracefully committed to the Gardens of Remembrance
- Choice of cremation date (Monday to Friday)
- Conveyance of the coffin to be placed on the catafalque at the crematorium
- Collection of the person who has died from hospital
- Funeral and cremation fees
- Up to 12 committal attendees
- Organisation and staff required to conduct the cremation
- Preparation and care of the deceased prior to cremation
- Specialist family support including advice on certification and registration
- Your choice of crematorium, readings and music
- Any additional items chosen by you or by the deceased’s family
- Church service
- Embalming
- Officiant

Choose a fully inclusive funeral plan that works for you
Once you've taken out your plan, we send you a pack by post, as well as giving you access to our online portal to view your plan online
You’ll receive a set of cards with our 24 hour phone line and a space for your plan number
Give the card to the person most likely to arrange your funeral
Provide us with details of your Next of Kin so we know who to speak to
When the time comes, one of your plan cardholders calls our 24 hour line and we prepare your funeral in line with your wishes
Funeral plans offer peace of mind that both the logistical and financial elements of the funeral process will be taken care of when the time comes.
In an already challenging time, this takes the burden of funeral arranging away from family and friends.
With all our funeral plans there are third party fees that may be provided by our appointed funeral directors. We guarantee to pay the below third party fees:

Officiant’s fees for performing a service
Fees for burial plot purchase

Your plan must still be active after its 30-day cancellation period, and we’ll send your card within 30 days of that. One card per plan, or per pair of companion plans.
