Yes, in part. Our funeral arrangers are available 24 hours a day to arrange collection of your loved one. Support with the wider funeral arrangements is available during office hours, when our friendly team is on hand to help you and your family.
Yes, depending on your plan. For our attended cremation plans, we can recommend local celebrants and help arrange music and readings for the memorial at the funeral, so the service reflects your loved one’s life and wishes. This is included in all our plans except for the unattended Direct Cremation Plan.

The exact inclusions depend on the plan you choose. Plans can cover services including collection of the deceased, a suitable coffin, cremation fees, funeral arrangements and support from a dedicated Funeral Arranger. Yes. You can choose to pay in full or spread the cost through monthly payments. Plans can be paid over 12 to 24 months without instalment charges, while longer payment periods of up to five years are also available with applicable instalment charges.

Plan with Grace T/A Funerals With Grace is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Funeral plan funds are held in a ring-fenced trust, and eligible plan holders have protection through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, subject to its rules and limits.
Yes. We offer at-need funerals that don’t require a pre-paid funeral plan. Our team can explain the available options and help you understand the arrangements, services and costs involved.
